Why not just Select All?

Select All bring a fusion of grunge, alt rock and shoegaze to their music. Formed in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia, Select All have achieved success not only on home soil but internationally as well! Founded and formed by best friends Emma Papa and Karina Walsh in 2019, Select All has only evolved and gained more traction since then. Alongside Emma and Karina, Select All ‘s lineup consists of Tayla Basso on bass guitar and two guitarists Jesse Nicholls and Sam Skilbeck Hawkes. Select All’s music is best described as a rebellious breath of fresh air; their music will have you rocking out, singing out loud and bopping your head and swaying through each beat, yet there is a sense of comfort, understanding and belonging in all the rebellion.

Their debut album ‘Lungs From The Bones’ released on the 29th of April 2023, and was produced, mixed and mastered by Emma and Karina. Some favourites I recommend you listen to from the album are, ‘Raspberry Rebel’, ‘Acid Tongue’ and ‘Black rock’. Lungs From the Bones leans more into the shoegaze and alt rock genre.  

With a band and personal metamorphosis, their second album ‘Eaves’ released on the 30th of May 2025, Eaves is a ground-breaking album for Select All, with favourites such as ‘Don’t Cry Over Spilt Milk’, ‘Paraphernalia’ and ‘Show Me Closer’. Eaves embodied chaos, rebellion and emotion. Their song ‘Don’t Cry Over Spilt Milk’ off their Album ‘Eaves’ has over 1.1 million streams, and their album Eaves haD over 1.5 million streams in 2025 and currently is sitting at over 3 million streams. With new material coming out this year, there is no doubt that this number will only continue to grow!  

On the 7th of August, their newest single ‘Cling to Me’ released. ‘Highly anticipated, Select All held a single release party at the Old Bar in Fitzroy, Melbourne, on the same day and the event was fully sold out! ‘Cling to Me’ was also their first track with Sam on it as an additional guitarist.
