Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. To be eligible to win, entrants must be a current University of New England (UNE) student. The winner will be required to present a valid UNE Student ID when collecting their prize. If the selected winner cannot provide valid proof of current enrolment, they will be deemed ineligible, and a new winner will be drawn.
3. The prize consists of tickets to a live performance in Armidale, NSW. Tickets may be redeemed for any performance date except the opening night (3 July), subject to availability. The winner must be able to attend the performance in person. The tickets are non-transferable, and no livestream or alternative viewing option will be provided.
4. The winner will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter the giveaway. If the winner does not respond or collect their tickets by the specified deadline, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
5. Entries must be received by the advertised closing date and time. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
6. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be removed at the organiser’s discretion.
7. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternative.
8. The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
9. By entering, participants consent to the organiser announcing the winner’s first name (and surname initial, if desired) on the relevant social media platform.
10. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By participating, entrants release Meta from any responsibility or liability associated with this promotion.
11. The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
12. The organiser’s decision regarding all aspects of the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
