Cahli Blakers on Teenage Joans’ New Album

Teenage Joans will release their debut album, The Rot That Grows Inside My Chest, on the 13th of October and Cahli was only too happy to jump online and discuss the album with us, along with their upcoming tour, the songwriting process, the evolution of the duo’s sound, and much more!

Formed in 2018, Teenage Joans have sprung into the Aussie musical scene with style, won numerous awards for both their music and live shows, and have grown a dedicated fanbase through their high energy and defiant lyrics. Their releases include two singles that have been listed on the Triple J Hottest 100 Countdown and an EP in 2021, and they have toured with multiple national festivals including Groovin’ the Moo and Good Things.
