Meet Tania, our dedicated Student Experience Team Leader. With extensive experience in student engagement and team management, Tania masterfully oversees multiple key areas of campus life, including Student Advocacy & Welfare, Clubs & Societies, Student Events & Programs, and TuneFM.

Whether you’re involved in campus activities, seeking support services, or participating in student programs, you’ll experience the positive impact of Tania’s leadership as she works tirelessly to create an engaging and supportive university environment.

As Team Leader, Tania plays a crucial role in shaping student life at our university. She mentors her diverse teams, develops strategic initiatives, and ensures the smooth operation of various student-focused programs. Her expertise in coordinating multiple departments helps create a vibrant, interconnected campus community where students can thrive.

Her commitment to fostering a positive team culture and delivering exceptional student experiences makes her an invaluable leader in our organization.

When she’s not steering campus initiatives or mentoring her teams, Tania embraces her love for outdoor adventures, knitting cozy creations, and getting lost in a good book. Known for her impromptu stops to greet campus dogs, she brings a perfect blend of professional dedication and genuine warmth to her leadership role.

Day to Day
Tania is the driving force of the Student Experience Team, where she is regularly found expertly guiding her multiple teams including Student Advocacy & Welfare, Clubs & Societies, Student Events & Programs, and TuneFM. In her day-to-day role, she provides strategic direction for student initiatives, mentors team members, coordinates cross-departmental projects, and ensures the successful delivery of student-focused programs while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across campus.
