Meet Chloe, our dedicated Student Experience Assistant. With a passion for student support and community engagement, Chloe recently completed her Bachelor of Arts with majors in Crime and Society and Writing while serving as a vital team member at UNE Life since February 2022.

Whether you’re reaching out to TuneFM, UNE Life’s Digital HQ, or Advocacy and Welfare—by phone, email, virtually, or in person—you’ll likely be greeted by Chloe’s warm and friendly demeanour as she guides you in the right direction.

As a key figure in Student Experience, Chloe plays a crucial role in supporting university life. Positioned at the TuneFM front desk and active on our Digital HQ, she serves as the first point of contact for students seeking assistance from the Advocacy and Welfare team. Her work in mentoring placement campaign students and coordinating the TuneFM station team helps create a vibrant, well-functioning campus community.

She’s committed to matching each student with the advocate best suited to their needs, helping them access the specialised assistance they require.

When she’s not enhancing student experiences, Chloe embraces her love for reading, music appreciation, culinary adventures, and creative writing. Known for her true “Swiftie” status, she brings a perfect blend of professional dedication and authentic enthusiasm to her role, often with Taylor Swift tunes playing in the background.

Day to Day
Chloe is the Ambassador Program Coordinator at UNE Life. She manages Placement Students and Study Hosts, coordinates the events calendar, and ensures the myLearn page is regularly updated. Alongside the Student Experience Manager, she keeps the campus current with seasonal updates and activations. Chloe also maintains the student calendar and notice boards and uploads study session schedules every fortnight.
