About Chloe (She/They)
Meet Chloe, our dedicated Student Experience Assistant. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Crime and Society and Writing, Chloe also works full-time with UNE Life, having joined our team in February 2022.
Whether you’re reaching out to TuneFM, UNE Life’s virtual campus, or Advocacy and Welfare—by phone, email, virtually, or in person—you’ll likely be greeted by Chloe’s warm and friendly demeanour as she guides you in the right direction.
Chloe is a vital member of the UNE Life team, particularly within the Student Experience. Positioned at the TuneFM front desk and active on our virtual campus, she serves as the first point of contact for students seeking support from the Advocacy and Welfare team. Chloe also mentors students on our placement campaigns and organises the TuneFM station team, ensuring smooth operations.
She’s committed to matching each student with the advocate best suited to their needs, helping them access the specialised assistance they require.
When she’s not assisting students, Chloe dives into her passions: reading, listening to music, cooking, and writing—all while embracing her true “Swiftie” status and cranking up Taylor Swift tunes.
Day to Day
Chloe is the Ambassador Program Coordinator at UNE Life. She manages Placement Students and Study Hosts, coordinates the events calendar, and ensures the myLearn page is regularly updated. Alongside the Student Experience Manager, she keeps the campus current with seasonal updates and activations. Chloe also maintains the student calendar and notice boards and uploads study session schedules every fortnight.
